Role & Responsibilities :

- Creatives for Social Media & Emailers for an e-commerce company aggressively expanding in the Middle East.

- Build a unique identity in terms of creative storytelling.

- Envision one of a kind customer experiences through differentiated story telling, by creatively interpreting the brief given by different stakeholders.

- Always have a 'customer first' mindset.

- Experiment with different formats for social media that will bring in the highest engagement.

- Ensure innovations in bringing more revenue through best performance targeted design practices.

- Team Management

- Build an enthusiastic team that will drive unique & updated storytelling across different platforms.

- Guide the team to constantly update their creative knowledge and push their creative boundaries.

- Ensure the pulse of the team is always positive.

- Bring improvisations in teams creative thinking and execution.

- Team Lead (5+ years experience in e-commerce)

Qualifications :

- Educational qualifications : Degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

- Software: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must. Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools are preferred. Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics is a plus.

- Personal Skills: Exceptional graphic and aesthetic skills wrt creative design, enthusiastic, problem solving, good managerial and

- Communication skills, should be able to manage different projects and people. A keen eye for design and aesthetics. Must be organized and can prioritize effectively.
