Job Description :
- Define the social media approach and plan for each of the brand's social media channels.
- Develop the long term content road-map and periodic monthly content plans.
- Curate, schedule and manage the social content calendar for all pages.
- Create briefs for designing social media posts and creatives.
- Liaise with departments to deliver on briefs as expected and on time.
- Drive continuous growth and engagement to industry benchmark levels.
- Constantly ideate and experiment to derive learnings to revise and improve performance.
- Periodically analyse performance and course correct as and when required.
- Create, build and grow a strong social media community and utilize it to impact business.
- Monitor and keep a pulse on social media trends, news and best practices.
- Utilize the organization's collaborator network to support promotional efforts and campaigns.
Key Skills Required:
- Sound understanding of using social media for business (obviously!)
- Designing content for social media.
