Retail Salesperson Job Duties :
- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Well versed in calculation : Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Simplification, Average, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Cross multiplication .
- Not be reluctant in customer Calling.
- Should be well versed in basic Excel Sheet Management.
