Job Description: Customer Care Executive
- Handling customer Callings for Baby Segment (Outbound call)
- Quick learning and acquiring product knowledge
- Understand customer queries and quality related issues
- Providing actual and exact details for correct point of action
- Maintain and presentation of data in MS excel
- Understand and Explain customer about product handling, uses, features, etc.
- Additional responsibilities will be added depends on performance.
