The Content Marketing Role
As a Content Marketer, your role is to utilize the power of storytelling to create compelling content across formats that grows audiences, engages readers and keeps them coming back. Your challenge is to use the core philosophies of the FirstCry brand, to build innovative and engaging ways to expand reach, awareness and subscribers to relevant verticals under the mother brand.
What we- re looking for:
1. You have worked on the creation and execution of an overall content strategy that is linked very clearly with a measurable ROI
2. Familiarity with creating and managing core content roadmaps, editorial calendars and metrics to analyse their performance
3. You have worked on collaborations for content, and are comfortable with the end to end requirements which go into content delivery from creators
4. You understand the importance of consumer insights and are comfortable talking to both users and potential users to craft communication that sells
5. You have the ability to evaluate user response rapidly, measure, learn and adapt with the least possible time lapse
6. You have worked on overall marketing communication - site and social, making sure that all channels use a cohesive style and tone
7. You possess a sound understanding the role of SEO in content that works organically. You also have worked on CMS structures that integrate features which deliver organic as well as highly engaging content
8. You- re comfortable with analytics and tracking mechanisms
9. You have built, managed and executed end to end email marketing campaigns, including campaign specific templates, segmented lists of subscribers and tracking parameters to measure performance.
10. You- re social savvy; understand each social medium in totality, and the manner in which content needs to be adapted to connect with users of individual platforms. You should also have worked on integrated campaigns across all platforms - Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest and as well as individual campaigns suited to each platform's unique strength.
11. You are a team player and are open to taking on additional responsibilities as the need arises
