Job specifications

1. Required (Must Have) skills:

2. Strong Communication (Written & Oral),

3. Familiarity & affinity for Social Media platforms - Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest forums and blogs

4. Great at time management, organisation & planning

5. Persuasion, Negotiation & Follow up skills

6. Expertise in Word, Excel, Google Suite of tools

Desired (Good to have) skills: Understanding of Indian blogo sphere, Understanding of online communities, Familiarity with content on the web, and PowerPoint; Familiarity with CMS structures (not compulsory)

Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Marketing, Media, Public Relations or

Communication Marketing

Experience: 0 - 3 years

Any past experience working with influencer's OR

Preferably with agency / brand experience

Job Description :

Your role will entail talking to some of the most amazing women in the digital space - moms who are doing some amazing work building themselves as Influencers across spaces like blogging, parenting, food, child development etc. with the objective of building a collaborator directory of influencers across multiple spaces - Parenting, Food & Nutrition, Wellness, Fitness, Travel, Fashion & Beauty & Early Learning.

You will chat up, enlist super busy moms and work out solutions that excite them about contributing to the community; all while working around their schedules and managing internal requests and requirements.

Some of your tasks will include but not be limited to:

1. Sourcing, building and maintaining the FirstCry Collaborator Network of bloggers, vloggers, advocates and influencers.

2. Executing tasks related to outreach - inviting by drafting mails that resonate, connect and get a response, contacting and pitching FirstCry as a go-to platform for influencers to collaborate with and be active on.

3. Building relationships and developing new ways to leverage influencers to achieve our goals

4. Responding to collaboration requests coming in on all platforms and on email

Persuading and negotiating terms that are mutually beneficial

5. Executing and managing deliverables

6. Creating campaign reports and presenting results to internal and external audiences.

7. Keeping track of past associations and maintaining databases

8. Executing brand campaigns for clients when influencer campaigns are sold

Think of and propose innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing.

Project Description : (Project on which the new hire will work) :

- FirstCry Parenting Community - Building the Collaborator Network

- Brand Campaigns involving Collaborators

- FirstCry Intellikit Advocate Program

Roles and responsibilities :

1. Be pro-active, anticipate the potential of an influencer and make a connection.

2. Be super-responsive to calls and messages - collaborators should never have to wait or wonder.

3. Continuously be on the look out for influencers who are on the rise.

4. Communicate your ideas clearly, professionally, and persuasively.

5. Work with cross functional teams on a constantly flowing pipeline of projects.

6. Represent FirstCry Parenting as the largest and most significant platform for influencer's to be active on.
