We are looking for a Marketing Art Lead in Edutainment division who has a passion in gaming and animated videos in creating high quality competitive screenshots and other marketing materials for kids game app. The Marketing Art leads will work with the General Manager - Art, Marketing department heads to create a wide range of assets on multiple mediums, including but not limited to web graphics, social media, ad creatives, posters, videos and animated advertising banners. You will be incharge of organizing tasks of other marketing artists.

Key Responsibilities : 

- You will coordinate tasks of all marketing artists. 

- You will be incharge of QA and improvement of overall quality of Marketing assets.

 - You will manage work with other departments (Game art team, Animation team, Concept art team) 

- Create eye-catching, engaging, visual designs for game-related marketing campaigns including images, animated motion graphics, and other online advertising media units

- Collaborate with the GM -ART and Marketing department heads to discuss marketing visual direction, design requirements, and expected level of polish for each content 

- Work together as the whole Marketing Team to understand what creatives perform better based on the data and brainstorm on the next creative concepts and ideas to be produced

 - Retouching. Manipulate image composition, and perform basic paint overs when necessary 

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience as marketing artist in Gaming Industry/Advertising Industry. 

- Good understanding of digital marketing practices and social media trends. 

- 2 years plus experience in managing marketing artists team. 

- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time. 

- Strong illustration skills with a demonstrated sense of Character design, Composition, Contrast and Color 

- Understanding of showing limited content in a tiny or large size images. 

- Created eye-catching, engaging, visual designs for game-related marketing campaigns 

- Strong verbal and written communication skills 

- Worked on sale campaign designs of games/product 

- Hand Sketching, Drawing, Digital Painting, Photoshop, Flash/Animate, Premiere, After effects and Digital illustration expert 

Key Skills :

- Should be good with Sketching and Drawing 

- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere,Adobe Aftereffects, Adobe Animate 

- Ability to visually interpret other people's ideas 

- Knowledge of marketing and social media platforms 

- Fundamental art principles including color theory, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition 

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment 

- A passion for mobile/video games/animated series
