Job Description :
Firstcry.com is India's largest and most loved kids- brand. FirstCry INTELLI is a new business unit focused on learning and development. We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial individual who has an acumen for operational excellence and a penchant for driving revenue profitably.
Role and Responsibility :
- Manage the P&L for the business including sales, spends, operating costs and product margins
- Set up performance marketing and acquisition strategy including planning, budgeting, reporting and execution across multiple channels
- Own the digital marketing strategy to build awareness, traffic, leads, conversions and retention
- Own key business performance metrics like CPL, CAC, and LTV. Create a plan and implement innovative ways to optimise them
- Setup strong analytics tracking and reporting to ensure perfect visibility of all relevant business operations performance
- Work closely with business stakeholders in Product, Brand, Technology, Telesales, Finance and other teams to improve sales funnels and margins
- Manage digital business operations for marketing campaigns - creative, channels, testing, tracking, reporting and optimisation
- Setup scalable digital processes with speed across channels - email, SMS, push, affiliates, search, social media etc.
- Define and execute A/B or multivariate test cases for end to end performance funnel
- Setup processes for customer feedback across the products and processes
Qualification / Desired Skills:
- 5+ years- in digital marketing or products with at least 2 years of experience in handling the team and 2+ years- experience in driving sales and revenue of portfolio of products/services.
- Expert knowledge of organic and paid media
- Business focused and demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective, and strong people and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and adept at analytical tools
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Exposure in managing subscription led business and P&L management is an advantage
