Firstcry - Online Merchandiser Planner - Fashion Vertical (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Monitoring sales trend to understand and highlight growth / degrowth so that timely actions can be taken in order to push the sales of the business
- Monitoring and analysing ecommerce matrices like CTR, Conversions etc and highlighting possible corrections / actionables, using various data tools available
- Analysing data for creating merchandising promotions and offers
- Analysing Merchandising promotion performance
- Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future sales / runrates, inventory covers etc
- Monitor stock movement, Styles, colours, size, gender wise, etc. and highlighting the fast and slow moving categories and pockets of inventory
- Promotions and / or end of the season sales discount working
- Liquidation analysis
- Focus on optimal stock coverage and highlighting any stock requirement to the sourcing team and / or merchandise team
- Provide constructive feedback to the product management team on style and color performances
- Participate in regular team meetings to review sales, merchandise promotion performances in terms of clicks, revenue, conversion etc
- Ensure effective communication to all levels both internally and externally"
