FirstCry - Online Marketing Role (0-5 yrs)
Role and Responsibility :
- Drive online marketing, lead generation, conversion and renewal campaigns for education and health business
- Responsible to drive revenues and maximise lead volume from marketing channels allocated
- Plan and execute new product and marketing initiatives to drive business targets
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across onsite properties and CRM
- A/B Test variables - audience, placements, creative, copies etc. and optimise campaigns
- Work closely with internal marketing to schedule weekly/monthly campaign calendar across the properties
- Work with Analytics team to setup reports and analyse campaign performance
- Manage properties on banners, email, SMS, push, CRM and social media
- Collaborate with brand team to optimise creative performance
- Work with product team to get landing pages and campaign tracking parameters
Desired Skills:
- Exposure in E-commerce / BFSI /education industry will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven stakeholders management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and get things done
- Should have knack for numbers and have data-driven approach to solve problems
- Should have knowledge of campaign management and web analytics
- Certifications/hands-on with Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads or any other campaign management tool is preferred
- Hands-on MS Excel skill is a must
