Overview objective :

As someone working in social media for FirstCry Intelli Education, you will be at the forefront of planning, creating and growing the brand's presence across all our social media channels. You will use your penchant for social media to impact business goals, objectives and deliver results.

Who we're looking for :

- A creative hustler who loves, lives and breathes social media (for brands & businesses).


- Minimum 2 years experience driving and managing a brand's social media channels.


- Proven success in channel growth and engagement at scale within a short span of time.

What you'll do :

- Define the social media approach and plan for each of the brand's social media channels.


- Develop the long term content road-map and periodic monthly content plans.


- Curate, schedule and manage the social content calendar for all pages.


- Create briefs for designing social media posts and creatives.


- Liaise with departments to deliver on briefs as expected and on time.


- Drive continuous growth and engagement to industry benchmark levels.


- Constantly ideate and experiment to derive learnings to revise and improve performance.


- Periodically analyse performance and course correct as and when required.


- Create, build and grow a strong social media community and utilize it to impact business.


- Monitor and keep a pulse on social media trends, news and best practices.

Utilize the organization's collaborator network to support promotional efforts and campaigns.

Key skill sets required to succeed :

- Sound understanding of using social media for business (obviously!)

- Designing content for social media.

- Strong communication skills

- Writing, static and video content creation

- Creative thinking Basic analytical abilities Understanding of online communities

- Super strong organizational skills

- Flexibility and agility Online networking and building connections

- Customer service & response management
