Firstcry - Executive - Customer Care (0-3 yrs)
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service by managing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires proactive communication, maintaining data accuracy, and meeting performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of FirstCry's products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Make outbound calls to customers daily to address their concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback.
- Handle customer support tickets generated through email, phone, or chat and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and ticket data.
- Ensure timely ticket closure within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
