Firstcry - Assistant Manager/Manager - CRM (3-8 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- In a sea of app push notifications and whatsapp messages that flood a customer's phone daily, we're looking for someone who can write engaging and thoughtful copy that grabs the customer's attention and helps drive sales for FirstCry
- Proactively research and stay on top of current affairs, pop culture, the latest trends on social media, the competitor landscape & use all of these inputs to craft communication that is concise, compelling and resonates with mothers - the core TG on FirstCry
- Explore and experiment with different tones of voice and use AI tools not to generate, but to sharpen communication
- Constantly innovate ideas to enhance content quality and effectiveness
- Ensuring all communication crafted meets standards of impeccable grammar and is free from any typo errors - attention to detail in all written communications is paramount, there is no room for mistakes.
- Collaborate with designers to generate creative requirements for Push Notifications/Whatsapp campaigns
- Work with CRM team members as well as other teams within the Marketing team at FirstCry to gain a deeper understanding of the key drivers of business and sale events
