Role - Area Business Manager
Business Development by opening new stores in all over
- 70% Franchise BD & 30% Franchise Ops
- Ready to Travel
- Franchise Scouting / Lead Generation
- Identifying and finalizing Franchise partners
- Conducting negotiations and contract agreements
- Finalizing store location
- Ensuring smooth store start ups
- Ensure smooth operations
- Manage retail operations & sales for the Franchise stores
- Analyze overall performance of the stores
- Develop business plans & sales strategy
- Monitor competition mapping
- Supervise key operations parameters like merchandise mix, base stock level, visual merchandise, training etc.
Traveling included.
