Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop a good relationship with customers, distributor and stakeholders. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information.

- Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company.

- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

- Regular market visits to ensure coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales.

- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services to achieve or exceed the sales targets

- Ensure adequate inventory is maintained at DB & retail level.

Skills Required

- Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.

- The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.

- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

- Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.

- Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.

- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest FMCG trends.

- Knowledge of MS Office.

- Graduate with minimum of one year of FMCG experience.
