Roles and Responsibilities :

- Drive important initiatives along with the stakeholders by understanding the requirements & designing the execution plan.

- Launch various engagement and awareness initiatives with existing & prospective campuses in the region.

- Working closely with sales team and client and ensuring over all smooth execution of the campaign/hiring drives by constantly monitoring the process.

- Managing end to end fresher hiring campaigns for various clients.

- Take an action with team on improving the services rendered to stakeholders by constantly taking feedback from the campuses.

- MIS management of different drives to measure the effectiveness.

- Preparing case studies for various on campus and off campus drives for various clients.

- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest/initiate ways to streamline the same.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Any Grad / MBA / PGDM

- Relevant recruitment experience is a plus point - Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Implementation and Delivery

- Knowledge of online recruitment. Understanding of working on online portals

- Good command over MS Office particularly MS Excel. Experience in handling MIS

- Good communication skills

- Experience of client interaction or customer facing role will be a plus

- Willing to travel to various campus venues within & out-location cities to execute campus drives

- Quick learner with positive attitude and willingness to excel specially into customer driven roles
