First Fiddle - Executive/Manager - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
We are hiring for Business Development (Female) for Mumbai location.
Location - Kamla Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Week Off - one off in a week in between Monday to Thursday
Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be working.
Timing - 12 PM to 9 PM
1. Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through interaction with clients at Plum, lead calling and lead generation.
2. Coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities
3. Develop sales presentations, conduct events and participate in meetings with clients and external vendors
4. Complete RFP and proposals, follow up on submissions and close business.
5. Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company's potential to meet customer needs
6. Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues
7. Benchmark state-of-the-art practices to recommend profit and service improvements
8. Meeting the various stakeholders within the Corporate, Accounts Organization (Builder Owner, Project Manager, Site Engg, Purchase Manager etc.) and also outside (e.g. Consultants, WP Contractor, Main Contractor etc). Responsible for the Pre-Sales Process
