Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, contributing directly to our growth and success.
Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing Strategy :
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
Social Media Management :
- Build and maintain a robust social media presence that aligns with our brand identity and goals.
Performance Measurement :
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics.
Trend Analysis and Optimization :
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
Innovative Growth Strategies :
- Brainstorm and implement new and creative strategies to drive growth and enhance brand engagement.
Testing and Experimentation :
- Plan, execute, and measure the success of experiments and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with internal teams to develop website content, campaign materials, and other digital marketing assets.
Customer Experience Evaluation :
- Use strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Technology and Innovation :
- Evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies and provide thought leadership on their potential adoption where appropriate.
Experience :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot).
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and CRO.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies.
