Finsmart Accounting - Executive - Marketing (1-2 yrs)
- We are urgently looking for a Marketing Executive who can join immediately.
- MBA Marketing freshers can also apply.
Job Role & Responsibilities :
- To support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that align with the overall business goals
- To work closely with the Marketing Manager or Director and other members of the marketing, sales, operation, and HR team to ensure that marketing efforts are effective in generating leads and driving sales.
Skills and Qualifications :
- To assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising.
- To assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, product sheets, testimonials, and case studies that are used to promote the organization's products or services.
- To create materials that resonate with target customer personas that encourage engagement.
- To assist in planning and executing events and conferences to showcase the organization's products or services.
- To work closely with the operation, sales, and HR/admin teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with sales goals.
- To work closely with the agency and manage the organization's website, and social media presence.
- To assist with market research, including gathering data on customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the brand guidelines within the office, events, collaterals, and digital space
Candidate Specifications :
- B.Com or M.Com or MBA (Marketing)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- 1 year or more (Marketing) in a B2B organization
- Excellent in email communication.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office and Google documents
- Skills to take unique and interesting shots for photos, audio, and videos.
- Knowing how to properly use and maintain smartphones or other cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, and other equipment.
- Knowledge of various social media platforms and collaborations platform for webinars and podcasts.
- Proactive and should be organized and detail-oriented
