Digital Engagement Head
Responsibilities include -
Deliver digital Revenue at a given cost and quality of portfolio
1. To deliver digital revenue at a given cost, quality and sustainability of portfolio
- To drive Customer Engagement through various initiatives to ensure a consistent revenue
1. To own customer engagement targets for digital customers so as to meet revenue targets for digital products & ensure profitability.
2. To run Customer Life Cycle Management initiatives
3. To drive various initiatives via different channels at different time intervals to ensure stickiness of customer
4. To enhance overall customer journey for a seamless experience to customer
5. To create targeted offers & promotions, launch campaigns
6. To ensure high quality of customers ((e.g. active %, no. of products per customer)
7. To measure & track overall effectiveness of customer engagement (e.g. Traffic, Customer funnel, revenue from product lines, Traffic on Site/Landing pages, Bounce rates, Conversion rates, CPC/CPA, Keyword /Ad - Click through rates, SEO Ranking etc.)
To achieve ROI through digital channels
1. To ensure overall returns from investment made on the digital space (including creating, managing and driving budgets) is profitable
2. To Innovate newer ways to leverage digital marketing opportunities and drive traffic to the digital assets.
Own the campaign management capabilities for all business lines of the Payments Bank
1. Work with the Retail team and the Merchant and Alliance team on an ongoing basis to engage the customer to migrate customers from Phygital to Digital
2. Be the focal point to ensure standardization of campaigns run across channels
3. Own the campaign execution for all lines of business
Digital Product enhancement
4. Continuously provide inputs to the Digital product team and the alliances team on customer needs - to develop or enhance new products and partnerships; enhance customer journeys, etc.
Skills: Must be proficient in Campaign Management/ Customer Acquisition Tools. Should be familiar with customer segmentation techniques and proficient and driving life time value of customer
Qualifications- Engineer, MBA Degree from Tier I and II colleges
Candidate Profile
Good knowledge about digital products and marketing
10-12 years - experience out of which at least 5 years - experience in managing Digitals and Digital Campaigns at customer level
Experience in managing Digital partners for sales in B2B2C would be an added advantage
Hands-on knowledge of working on APKs, SDKs, App Analytics, etc
