Business Development Manager
1. Client acquisition for Financial Planning and Wealth Advisory.
2. Leading the Team to achieve sales targets and their goal sheets
3. Establish and sustain high performance culture amongst the team.
4. Develop quarterly business plans, strategies for business and review performance monthly.
5. Work with support functions (Ops, Marketing, Sales, HR, Admin, etc.) to ensure team gets the required support to develop business and achieve targets.
