FinMomenta - Telecaller - Inbound Sales (2-3 yrs)
JD for the role of Tele-caller
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and at least one regional language. A graduate is preferable, though not mandatory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tele-calling prospective customers from leads provided - both warm & hot
- Conversion of maximum number of leads
- Be on top of leads provided on a real-time basis
- Maintenance of MIS in terms of leads received, feedback on each of the leads, conversions made
- Daily reporting to senior management and escalation of customer issues to respective internal departments and follow up until resolved promptly
Must possess :
- Pleasing telephone manners and have the attitude for selling
- Relentless persuasive skills, without being brash
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and at least one regional language
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with single-minded focus on lead conversion
- Perseverance & hard working nature
- Be willing to support from home during weekends
Educational Qualifications :
- Preferably a graduate, though candidates who are 12th pass will also be considered subject to communication skills.
- Hands-on experience of basic working knowledge of MS office is an advantage.
Experience : At least 2 years in a similar role preferably in financial services industry.
