JD for the role Inside Sales Executive
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and at least one regional language. A graduate is preferable, though not mandatory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interacting with the leads provided - both warm & hot and maximising the conversions
- Lead Management and relationship management with the partners
- Maintenance of MIS in terms of leads received, feedback on each of the leads, conversions made
- Daily reporting to senior management and escalation of customer issues to respective internal departments and follow up until resolved promptly
Must possess:
- Pleasing telephone manners and have the attitude for selling
- Relentless persuasive skills, without being brash
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and at least one regional language
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with single-minded focus on lead conversion
- Perseverance & hard working nature
- Be willing to support from home during weekends
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any stream. Management qualification like BBA,MBA would be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience of basic working knowledge of MS office is an advantage.
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role preferably in financial services/ed tech industry.
