The candidate will be responsible for getting business and generating revenues, setting targets for self and the team, setting up the Sales Department, Planning and execution, Recruitment and training of sales team members who will sell/market all our products available in our fintech platform www.rupeerakshak.com

Responsibilities

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base, volume, revenues and ensures its strong presence

- Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of his team of Relationship Executives

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and fulfilling the same

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
