Finmo Investment Advisors - Executive - Business Development (1-8 yrs)
- The BDE shall be responsible for marketing/selling of Investment Baskets of Shares, Mutual Funds and Bonds as also Portfolio Services.
- Persons without exposure to Financial Products domain and those from IT field Need Not Apply.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead and Revenue generation :
- You should bring in new clients
- Generate revenues as per targets given.
- Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing/references/activities.
Marketing :
- Conduct events for community to get leads and for closures
- Meet and pitch services offerings to potential clients
- Multiply the number of clients and increase the sales funnel.
- You should know the market strategies to attract clients.
- Understand the services offered by our company and sell the same to the clients.
- Working as per the standards of the company and creating awareness in the market.
Relationship :
- Build trust by handling customer objections.
- Build a long-term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals.
Team building and handling :
- Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues in ongoing transactions & ensure flawless execution of the process.
- Address the client challenges/Needs and work with the team to bring necessary changes
Skills Required :
- Should be fluent in English.
- Fluency in any local language is preferred.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and vocal.
- Individual who is highly motivated, self-starting, and eager to learn and pursue a career in sales.
