Finly - Manager - Demand Generation - B2B Vertical (2-4 yrs)
We're looking for a strategic, highly quantitative, hands-on person to lead & demand generation initiatives. This role will be accountable for overall inbound & outbound strategy, creating and implementing high-performing lead generation campaigns that will consistently raise awareness and produce high-quality leads for the sales team to ultimately drive customer and revenue growth.
The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the management team, and others as needed, to develop and create content for various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and experiment on different channels to find the most cost-effective and scalable ways for a high-quality lead generation.
- Building and maintaining a 3x rolling pipeline in the Mid-Market business (300 to 3000 employees) for all the Business Development Executives.
- Develop, build, and optimize email automation and nurture programs to move prospects through to conversion.
- Qualifying and disqualifying inbound leads in a high-volume environment using calls, emails, and LinkedIn inmails.
- Representing our brand as the first point of contact with C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers.
- Building credibility and value in our solution through strategic research and preparation.
- Convert cold calls | emails to warm conversations and opportunities in rapid cycles.
- Achieving your target and helping build a system that consistently hits quotas.
- Dive into the product. Familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of it.
- Be able to create content with various tones.
Requirements:
- Experience working at a startup.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Experience in a fast-paced, lead generation focused B2B technology focused organization. Brownie points if it is a SaaS Company.
- Experience in lead generation tools.
- An excellent program and project manager with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
