POSITION SUMMARY :
Joining our Business Team, you'll get to use your lead generation know-how and passion for people to make a direct impact on Finly and it's revenue growth. You'll expand your leadership skills in working with leaders & industry experts, develop industry expertise, and influence the development of new sales best practices. You will be working with a team that brings a HUGE amount of positive energy, motivation and team spirit at Finly. Most importantly, you'll get to work on transforming how finance departments currently operate and we do this our suite of 4 products & 12 modules designed by product managers working with banking & finance experts.
KEY FUNCTIONS :
- Leading an outbound led demand generation team.
- Develop databases targeting key markets/ verticals & manage the database hygiene.
- Build-out a scalable demand generation function that drives predictable pipeline activity.
- Manage team to attain daily activity metrics of outbound calls, decision maker contacts, qualified leads. Amplify qualified leads, opportunities and pipeline to meet or exceed growth targets across business segments.
- Manage all inbound and outbound demand generation channels.
- Manage demand generation campaign performance in terms of evaluating results tactic by tactic and optimizing performance over time, testing variables in the plan to improve future performance. Analyze and report results effectively.
- Work with Sales /Marketing to develop end-to-end campaigns, from ideation to execution to tracking results.
- Maintain a feedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor lead gen activity.
- Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs.
- Motivate outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided.
- Representing our brand as the first point of contact with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Innovating lead generation processes by taking part in leadership meetings.
- Building and maintaining a 3x rolling pipeline in the Mid-Market business (300 to 3000 employees) for each of the LDR associates.
- Train & motivate the team to achieve the lead generation target and build a performance drive culture & system that consistently hits quotas.
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities for new businesses.
WHAT WE EXPECT :
- At least 2 years of experience in managing demand generation function.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Deep understanding of optimization requirements at the different stages of the funnel.
- Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
- Data-driven mindset.
- A positive approach to objection handling is essential.

- Comfortable giving presentations to groups of any size
