Finkurve - NDFC Branch Manager & Cluster Head (2-6 yrs)
Branch Manager /Centre Head
1) To manage the centre
2) To control the sales team
3) Doing sales call
4) Reporting of the sales team and self to Head - Bc Sales
5 Maintaining the compliance of the transaction/account
6) Updating the team about the new products and new KYC
7) Handling the servicing of the client viz,
- Printing Passbook
- Handling the Cash counter
- Handling all the physical request that comes to the centre
8) Cash position reporting to the bank and Head of BC sales
9) Suggesting the Head - BC sales for events that can be arranged
Cluster - Head
1) To achieve the targets assigned
2) Manage the centers at the respective location.
3) Should make joint calls with the sales team and review their productivity from time to time
4) To do the review people and BC location with the Management.
5) To take daily review of the business done
6) To arrange for training for all the team members.
