Finbee - Manager - Telesales (2-5 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
1. Recruit, onboard and training new telesales team to maintaining a high performing team.
2. Designing and implementing sales strategies to meet the overall objectives of the organisation.
3. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets of the team.
4. Monitoring the daily activities, call quality, sales conversion ratio and productivity of the telesales team and recommend corrective measures to ensure the team alignment to meet the business objectives.
5. Preparing and presenting relevant sales reports to the senior management on a timely basis.
6. Maintain customer relationships and handle grievances.
7. Attrition control.
8. Ensuring compliance of regulations requirements and ethical sales practices along with delivering exceptional customer service.
