Finaureus - Chief Marketing Officer (10-15 yrs)

This position is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high quality fintech start-up based in India.
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer will own and implement the company's - go to market- strategy and vision. You will lead a wide range of B2B marketing and sales activities heavily focused on revenue generation and customer acquisition. In addition, you will lead a small but growing team and:
- Be responsible for successfully pitching the company's product offerings across all channels including Banks, Wealth Management Firms, Independent Advisors, Telcos, Payment Banks and Wallets
- Be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationship with all B2B customers across India
- Ensure the ethos of the business is communicated and understood by customers to create a point of difference and competitive advantage;
- Ensure the company's products are positioned in the market for success and growing brand awareness;
- Penetrating new market segments such as Telcos, Payment Banks and Digital Wallets
- Be responsible for the company's corporate brand positioning across all digital channels including social media, mobile and video;
- Be a key member of the team charged with product development and build an effective communication channel with the customers to shape and implement ideas from ground-up
- Be the internal - voice- of the customer to help staff understand customer needs and buying habits;
- Develop tools to measure the effectiveness of the marketing and sales strategies and customer acquisition activities;
- Ensure the platform and marketing activities increase conversion rates;
- Managing partnerships, events and alliances to target client relationship development;
- Participate as a member of the executive team and be responsible for growing the business;
- Provide leadership in a manner that supports the company's culture, mission and values.
You are a qualified MBA from a premier institute with more than 8-10 years- experience of leading business development verticals of a leading financial services technology company with deeply entrenched relationships across key customer segments. You possess deep understanding of Technology and Investment products with a demonstrable track record for B2B customer acquisition. You have significant knowledge of channel sales, brand, marketing principles, product and service management and a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
You possess extremely high level of enthusiasm, persuasive skills and a strength of character and intellect to constantly challenge ideas, strategies and plans by providing constructive feedback and suggestions for driving business growth and would relish the challenge of working within the company structure as a leadership figure.
