Financial Planning Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
India's Leading Insurance Company is looking for Financial Planning - Sales Manager for Direct Channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Close the leads the organization shares to convert prospects and generate revenue.
- Visit prospective clients to generate new business
- In order to achieve the Direct-Sales Management's set sales and profitability targets, expand existing accounts, and create new ones.
- Ensure that the database is up to date and complete for your target, current, and prospective customers.
- Making sure that monthly business goals are reached
- Attending pre-set appointments with potential customers
- Induction of all new customers brought in by Self, Branches & Direct Sales team

Desired Candidates Profiles:
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream
- Experience: Mini. 1 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Investment Industry
- Age: 24 to 38 Years
Skills Required:
- Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation skills.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship-building skills.
- Should not have any concerns related to tele calling and cold calling
