Financial Advisor - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)
- Identifying prospective Personal Financial Advisors as per the guidelines of the organization
- Coordinating the appointment process of the Personal Financial Advisors
- Activation of successfully appointed new Personal Financial Advisors through handholding, participation in OJT and ensuring their motivation to sell
- Achieving the number of active Personal Financial Advisors in his/her team as per the organizations targets
- Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
- Ensuring adherence by Personal Financial Advisors to the Sales process as mandated by the company
- Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the Personal Financial Advisor are achieved
- Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for Personal Financial Advisors o Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the Personal Financial Advisors in the team and used effectively to motivate and help team perform
- Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of Personal Financial Advisors
- Track customer proposals through to conversion
- Identify training needs across the team
- Co-ordination with Branch Development Partner for the development and training of Personal Financial Advisors in his team
- Mega launch of each new Personal Financial Advisor
- Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.
- Perform the role of a people manager fostering a culture of ownership, customer focus, entrepreneurship and team work across the entire branch
