Responsibility:
- Advising financial queries and answering customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
- Contribute to the team through open and regular communication with peers/ supervisors.
- Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service.
- Guiding and handling Customers on their financial queries.
Requirements :
- Any Graduate Fresher can apply.
- Any Under graduate with experience of 6 months to 3 years can apply.
- Any Graduate with experience of 6 months to 3 years can apply.
- Good customer service skill with neutral accent. (English+ any native languages preferred)
