We have urgent requirements for "Financial Advisor" in Mumbai.
Designation: Financial Advisor
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 years
Salary: Rs. 13,000/- to Rs. 18,000/- Plus Incentives
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services
- Should be able to explain the product and its benefits to the customers
- Resolving customer queries
- Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction
- Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Education and Experience
- Candidate must be a graduate from any stream / Undergraduate with excellent communication skills & at least 1yr tele-calling experience
- Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
- Candidates from banking and insurance background are preferable
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
