Job Description :
1. Calling out customer and making sales pitch to Clients & Startups.
2. Responsible for achieving monthly collection targets.
3. Calling up clients and explaining the products and services offered.
4. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the new service launch.
5. Answer questions about the services offered.
6. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
7. Enter and update customer information in the database.
8. Take and process billings in an accurate manner.
9. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
10. Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
