We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team based in our Pune office. This individual will work alongside other Associates and Directors to contribute to the operations and client service orientation of Finaegis. As an Operations Associate you will report to the Manager of Operations.

Scope of the Role :

- Customer Success- Support Customer on Field in Executing Investment and other Services as provided by Operations Department

- Field Client Servicing - You will help clients with their transaction/reporting requests

- Office Operations - Basic office operations including system transactions, coordination and lead nurturing

Required Skills & Experience :

- Undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of experience in banking, wealth operations, AMC at a reputable entity

- Strong understanding of financial transactions with ability to manage the same independently

- Experience in client coordination and servicing

- Strong interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills, with comfort sharing and supporting opinions and positions

- Enthusiasm for working with ambitious entrepreneurs and an ability to foster creativity, communication and synergies between partners and companies.

- High degree of integrity, intellectually curious and team-oriented.

- Thrives in and actively seeks out diverse and dynamic environments.

- Team player with the ability to work effectively in small groups

- Ability to stay focused and organized; to learn new things & to get work done
