Mission:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive with the right mix of passion, energy, and network in the financial services industry to lead and expand FIME presence in India.

Roles and Responsibilities - Own end-to-end sales cycle for all new Initiatives and new accounts. - Build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business goals and maintain sales records. - Generate own sales leads through sales visits, pure outbound efforts, and sales planning. - Expand and maintain a long-lasting business connection/relationship with the customers. - Should have/build a deep level understanding of payments/fintech markets demands and trends. - Ensure maximum conversion rates through pure outbound sales efforts. - Should have the ability to cross-sell and up-sell clients as and when required - Should provide proper information and guidance to the clients. - Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum sales efficiency. - Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry.

- Should have the ability to negotiate with clients who are using competition and handle objections with ease. - Understand the client's business use case/industry and volume potential. - Understand and work towards teams/organization's objectives at all times.

JOB EXPERIENCE - Strong communication, oral & written skills.


 - Proven experience in working and performing in an outbound sales setting.


- Prior experience working for a high-growth startup will be an added advantage. 


- Highly self-motivated, result-oriented personality and having passion for research and sales. 


- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. 


- Hardworking with a strong work ethic with positive thinking and listening skills. 


- Should know how to use sales tools and ability to forecast. 


- Should have the ability to present and share insights to the senior management.
