Key Accountabilities & Deliverables :

- Interact with customers through Calls (Voice Process)

- Focus on achieving targets based on call quality

- Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.

- Understand the customer's query and identify the customer's need and give the best resolution to the customer.

- Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.

- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction on the product they purchase.

- Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.

- Be a team player and maintain team spirit, positive energy at work.

Requirements :

- Must be Graduated or Post-Graduated.

- Should have 1 to 4 years of experience in Education industry.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages would be an added advantage.

- Flexibility to work rotational shifts during the day and punctuality to work is a must.
