Job Description :

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, highly organized, and capable of developing engaging content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in growing our online presence and driving brand awareness and who is passionate about movies.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives and increase brand visibility.

- Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and create compelling content, including text posts, videos, and graphics.

- Monitor social media trends and stay informed about industry best practices to optimize content performance and engagement.

- Interact with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.

- Analyze social media metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features to leverage emerging opportunities.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.

- Stay abreast of relevant news, trends, and events in the industry to capitalize on timely opportunities for content creation and engagement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for content optimization.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling copy.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.

- Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and draw actionable insights.

- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
