Position - Field Sales Executive/ Sr. Field Sales Executive
Experience - 2-6years
Location - Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team.
Product/Service Promotion:
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Travel:
- Travel extensively within the assigned region to meet clients and prospects.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in field sales or a similar role. Experience in [industry] is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
