Fiinovation - Manager - Digital Marketing (3-4 yrs)
Designation : Digital Marketing Manager
Education : Minimum Graduate
Experience :
3-4 years of relevant experience with excellent verbal & written English communication skills
Annual Remuneration : Maximum up to Rupees 8,00,000/- depending on last salary drawn & relevant experience
Key Responsibility Areas :
1. Strategy Development and Execution :
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Optimize and adjust strategies based on market trends, performance data, and industry changes.
2. Campaign Management :
- Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email).
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
3. Content Management :
- Develop and manage content strategies that engage the target audience and drive traffic.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure high-quality and relevant content is produced and published.
4. Analytics and Reporting :
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and digital marketing efforts.
5. SEO and SEM :
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Manage SEM campaigns including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
6. Social Media Management :
- Oversee social media accounts and ensure they align with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
7. Lead Generation and Conversion :
- Design and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Optimize lead funnels and user journeys to enhance conversion rates.
8. Budget Management :
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and spending.
- Monitor and control expenses related to digital marketing activities.
9. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
- Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
10. Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
11. Innovation and Trends :
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Incorporate innovative approaches and tools into digital marketing strategies.
