FiftyFive - Business Development Executive (1-3 yrs)
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive with 3 years of experience in the IT Services and Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT services, particularly within the US, UK, or Middle East markets. This role is pivotal in identifying and generating new business opportunities to drive our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, and other lead generation tools.
Market research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
Outreach: Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage potential clients through emails, calls, and social media.
Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and industry influencers to create a robust network for lead generation.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to drive lead generation.
Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
Key Qualifications :
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, particularly in selling IT services within the US, UK, or Middle East markets.
Communication: Exceptional communication, writing, and listening skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Team player: Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate effectively, and contribute to collective goals.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential challenges in the lead generation process.
Technical Skills :
Lead generation tools: Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, and similar tools for lead generation.
IT Services Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Web and Mobile App Development, Data Science, AI/ML, Blockchain, DevOps, and QA.
