DESIGNATION : Business Development Executive
EXPERIENCE LEVEL : 1-4 years

Responsibilities :
- Identifying new sales opportunities : Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new business use cases, leads and potential markets
- Pitching products and/or services : Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Perform effective online demos to prospects, nurture prospects and close accounts
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Maintain and expand a strong database of prospects pertaining to the industry
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Work closely with marketing team on go-to-market strategy, and provide inputs on demand scenario and customer feedback / interest to Product Management team
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Basic Qualification and Skills :
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Hands-on experience working on email marketing tools
- Strong interest in market analysis and research for new business development and regional / industry penetration
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools for giving product demos
- Experience working with CRM tool
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Desired Qualification and Skills :
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT from a reputed College/University
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may also be considered.
- MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage from a reputed College/University
- Experience working on marketing automation and lead nurturing tools
