FieldEZ Technologies - Assistant Manager - Presales & Business Development (3-5 yrs)
Designation : Asst Manager - Presales & Business Development
Location : Mumbai/Mumbai Suburbs/ Thane
Years Of Experience: 3-5 years
Key responsibilities:
- Experience in presales and business development for SaaS Solutions. Field Force experience a added advantage.
- Assist Sales team by collecting all technical information and design appropriate workflow for customers
- Partner with Sales Team and Account Managers to educate prospective customers about FieldEZ's solutions - this includes presentations, technical evaluations, technical objection handling, proposals, and follow up on all customer related issues
- Design and prepare technical presentations and recommend solutions for client issues
- Engage in integration and technical discussions to be presented as a input to engg and implementation teams as required.
- Engage and oversee in the development of customer proposals, design and delivery, ensuring all expertise, information and recommendations are concisely defined
- Drive revenue and create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales process and evangelizing FieldEZ's technology to existing and prospective customers, and to drive new product and service offerings in Customer adoption
- Work closely with Product Management and associated teams for fulfilling the above.
Basic Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Science / Technology or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales/sales engineering, consulting, Customer Success Management, Business Development and/or other customer facing roles .
- Verbal and written fluency, including technical terms, in English, including the ability to effectively present technical and business related subjects to all audiences, from the user to the executive level
- Proficient in use of MS Office tools including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Must be enthusiastic, action oriented, capable of independently solving complex technical problems and able to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated success developing client relationships
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus
- Keen interest and knowledge of Enterprise mobility and SaaS products
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
