FieldAssist - Specialist - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)
We need nothing less than a Rockstar in this role. This role is very central and important to our sales operation and you will be ensuring that we reach the next 800+ B2B customers (currently we have 400+ customers) through a strong outbound mechanism. The person will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the regional sales team. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Validating inbound leads: Understanding client's requirements, doing primary research and taking it to closure.
2. Effective Prospecting: Using mechanism of cold calls to generate demands for the regional team
3. Sales Operation: Managing central CRM, you will have admin rights and you will be responsible to create data insights for our sales operations
4. Campaign Management: Using campaign management solutions to send cold emails. Target the right content for the right set of segmented audience
5. Lead generation: Generating leads through own research and LinkedIn prospecting
6. Relationship Management: Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications
What are we looking for ?
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Prior 1 - 2 years of experience in roles of Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Demand Generation may be desired
3. Excellent written and verbal communication
4. Good Aptitude and Attitude
5. Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
6. Experience with CRM Software functioning is a must
7. Experience in the SaaS or Mobile Apps industry preferred
