FieldAssist - Executive - Customer Success (0-2 yrs)
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely Project Execution
2. Conduct in-depth training sessions for Client Project stakeholders on using the Product
3. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
4. Guide client on product features and how to use them
5. Drive Client Scale-Ups to reach enterprise-level penetration
6. Update client about new feature developments and enhancements according to client business requirements
7. Monitor client accounts to ensure product adoption and usage
8. Demonstrating the product to client pre-execution, if needed
9. Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
