FieldAssist - Executive - Call/Customer Support (0-1 yrs)
- As a Call Support Executive, you will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
For one in the Seat:
Requirements :
1. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure the resolution of reported issues.
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the users on a priority
3. Work closely with Internal Execution Team and Support Team to ensure smooth and timely resolution of issues reported by the users
4. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
5. Guide client users on product features and how to use them
6. Update client about new feature developments and enhancements according to client business requirements
7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
8. Consistently gain product knowledge and work towards improvements on internal processes by identifying the existing bottlenecks
Who we're looking for :
1. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Support role.
3. Self-Disciplined, responsible, and has attention to detail.
4. Proficient in Communication Skills, Listening Skills, and Phone Skills.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving skills and Solution Oriented attitude .
6. Any graduate in any specialization.
