- Aggressively promote GCP and its products along with new technologies to meet the specifier needs and translate these needs into GCP product solutions to drive growth for business in the region. In addition, also provide jobsite technical assistance to customers in the south region to support use of GCP products.

- University graduated - Chemical or Civil Engineer

- 8-10 years of experience predominantly in RMC / Concrete admixture/Construction chemicals Industries
in Technical/commercial role.

- Should have strong relationships with key stakeholders in RMC, Construction Giants like L&T, Sobha,Lanco, Reliance, GMR, HCC etc

- Should have strong commercial and negotiation skills.

- Good communication skills and selling attitude; capable to deal at any level.

- Computer literate and comfortable with MS applications.

- Good command of English both spoken and written.

- Available to travel extensively.

- Work productively both independently and in a team environment

- Quick assimilator of technical information

- Able to work under pressure

- Liaise with various customers to effectively build relationships that drive translation and development of new and innovative products by GCP.

- Develop a strong industry projects pipeline for the region.

- Provide business Intelligence and market views on key trends per business segment.

- Develop/support new and existing channel partners in the region.

- Understand the customer requirement, and making adjustment of products to support existing business in South region.

- Understand industry trends and competitors strategy. Working with Technology & Product Management to develop new product to grow and improve profitability of the business in the region.

- Track Specification and convert it to sales.

- Define the best method to do a commercial sale.

- Define key account strategies.

- Develop operational understanding and key relationships to effectively penetrate target accounts.

- Develop, implement, and manage customer complaint process to make sure all complaints are well taken care, timely response to customers, and high degree of customer satisfaction is achieved.

- Provide value added service to customer - seminar, technical presentation, on site troubleshooting.

- Serve as the technical expert to GCP customers by troubleshooting technical issues at the customer site, demonstrating GCP product capabilities, recommending solutions and serving as the GCP representative in technical proposals to the customers. Provide first level of field troubleshooting to customers .
