Field Survey Executive - Market Research (0-3 yrs)
Job Role and Responsibilities :
- You will be primarily responsible for Real estate on Field research and Data collection.
- To primarily collect and audit project information on a quarterly basis, both residential and commercial.
- Internet research on new project launches and updates from secondary sources.
- Shall help in data collection for rentals, resale, social physical infrastructure etc. during feasibility studies.
- Give inputs on the real estate industry as per the client queries.
- Bike is Mandatory for Bangalore & Pune Location
Skill Sets Required :
- Street smart person who is comfortable travelling within the city and across India.
- Pleasing personality.
