Principal Responsibilities :
- Conduct 10-15 Days Of Training
- Other 10 Days: Travelling, Administration And Monitoring Of Seller
- A Special Training Day With External/Internal Speaker
- Ensure Complete Readiness Of Training Material/Aids And Dispensable Material
- Be Updated With Trends & Knowledge Of Products And Related Activities
- Co-Ordinate For Enrollments And Training Venue As A Shared Responsibility
- Analyze Performance Data To Understand Training Needs Based On Sellers Productivity, Hours Of Training And Knowledge Testing
- Initiate And Conduct Refresher Trainings
Critical Knowledge & Skills Required :
- Sales Background & Selling Skills
- Ability To Conduct Stand-Up Trainings
- Basic Understanding Of Theories And Concepts Of Training
Candidate Specification :
- Graduate With 6 - 9 Years Of Total Experience
- 5 - 7 Years In Frontline Selling Roles With Exposure To Corporate Sales
- 1 - 2 Years In Sales Training
Industry: Consumer Durables, Telecom, Heavy Machines, Office Automation, Automobiles
Age Bracket -30-35 Years
Special Focus Area- English Communication
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
